Obituary of Lucille B. Price

       Lucille Bryant Price, beloved mother and grandmother, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022 at the age of 94. She was formerly from Falls Church, Virginia. She is preceded in death by her parents Fallin and Allene Bryant, her sister Thelma Bryant Wood and her loving son Bryan Lee Price. She is survived by her daughter Stephanie Ann Thomas and husband Richard of North Beach, Md., her son John S Price Jr and wife Lisa of Reston, Va., her grandchildren Jessica A. Thomas, Hunter B. Price and Piper M. Price, her sisters Barbara Harbour and Gloria Donlin and brother James Bryant, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

      The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 27th from 1-3 pm at the Advent Funeral Home located at 7211 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Va. for celebration of her life. She will be laid to rest next to her parents at the Wicomico United Methodist Church in Heathsville, Va.

      Lucille had a very interesting career working at both the Pentagon and the White House serving under five administrations. She really enjoyed her interactions with the presidential staff and Secret Service making many lifelong friends while there, retiring in 1994.
