Obituary of Evelyn Kay Walters

“Evelyn Kay Walters was born October 31, 1947, and died February 15, 2021 of complications from COVID-19.  She is survived by two sisters Isabelle Lacayo (Herbert (Pepi)) and Elizabeth Smith (Nelson).  She leaves behind nephews Christopher Carpenter, Brian Smith (Belinda), Derrick Smith (Patsy), Kevin Smith (Cindy), and niece Tina Smith Hughes (Wayne) as well as multiple nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.  A viewing will be held from 12:30pm-2:30pm at Advent Funeral & Cremation Services and burial at 3:00pm at National Memorial Park, both located close to each other at 7211 Lee Highway and 7482 Lee Highway respectively in Falls Church, VA., on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.  All who knew her are welcome to attend.”
