Richard Thomas Soppe of Annapolis, Maryland passed away peacefully at age 61 after a long illness. Born August 15, 1952 in Los Angeles, he is survived by wife, Patricia Gehl Soppe, his sister, Mary Ellen Studer, his brother, Robert Soppe, and many other loving relatives and friends. Richard requested that services be private.
