Dear Judy and Family,
Matt, my family, and I wish you condolences on Don’s passing. We liked Don very much, and missed him at the Shrout family reunion. It was always a joy to talk with him. Matt and I will be coming to Don’s Memorial this Saturday.

Judy, Donnie and Tracy. I am deeply sorry for the lost of your Husband Father. We think of your family fondly. The memories we made on Burlington Street will last a lifetime. I will be unable to attend Don’s funeral due to Susan’s recent kidney transplant. At a future date, we would love to get together. May God be with you during this time of grief

My brother-in-law always had a smile, especially when talking about his wife and children. He was always there to answer my questions about maintenance for my car. He also called before visiting me to ask what projects I needed done so he could bring the required tools (knowing I most likely didn’t have the proper ones). He loved music and dancing and I will miss hearing “Hello Vee, it’s Don.”
We will miss you Uncle Donnie. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone when needed. Laura and I always enjoyed the time we got to spend with you and Aunt Judy. Semper Fi.

Uncle Don will be truly missed. He always had a smile on his face and was always interested in what was going on in peoples lives. I will cherish the memories of the camping trips with him, Aunt Judy, Donnie and Tracy. He will always be in our hearts and loved!
