Obituary of James A. Kallio

James A. Kallio Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 9, 2011 after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Jim was a mechanical engineer (ret.) for NSWC Carderock. Predeceased by his parents, Wilho and Tynne Kallio. Beloved husband of Denise S. Kallio, brother of William E. (Arlene) Kallio, Ann L. Tieff and John H. Kallio. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends, and the kitties, Moochie, Maxine, Pudge and Squirt. Friends will be recieved at Advent Funeral Home, 7211 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA on Thursday, October 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where a memorial service will be held on Friday, October 28th at 10am.
