Joyce Burns Powell passed away on October 14, 2012 in Washington, DC. Wife of the late William G. Powell (LTC USA Ret.) Mother of Steven, Jeffrey and Kathryn Powell, Grandmother to Will, Amanda, Amber, William, Anna and Angela and Mother in law to Keith Arnold. She is also survived by 2 great grandsons Colton and Blake. A service will be held on Thursday November 1st at 3 pm at Arlington National Cemetery.
