Obituary of Richard D. Corbett

Richard D. Corbett, 65, died peacefully in his sleep at home in Washington D.C. on January 30, 2013. Richard (Dick) was the oldest of six brothers and three sisters, and a sister who predeceased him in childhood. He is survived by brothers John Corbett, of St Paul, Minnesota; Timothy Corbett (Kathryn) of Middletown, Maryland; Patrick Corbett (Marilyn) of Murphy, Texas; Henry Corbett (Kathleen) of Georgetown, Texas; Michael Corbett (Karen) of Orange, Texas; and sisters Paula Corbett of Alexandria, Virginia; Brigid Corbett (Alex Alexander) of Denton, Texas; Martha Corbett of Grapevine, Texas; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 2700 19th Street South, Arlington, VA 22204. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Richard Corbett can be made to Pathways to Housing DC or to the national or local affiliates of NAMI: National Alliance on Mental Illness such as in Dallas Texas
