Obituary of William Keith Campbell

WILLIAM KEITH CAMPBELL April 11, 1931 to February 27, 2013 Bill or Billy passed away peacefully at home in the loving arms of his adoring wife, Felicia, on February 27, 2013, at the age of 81, after a long battle with COPD. He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Felicia W. Campbell of Vienna, VA; children, Ron Campbell, Dave Campbell, Carol McBride, and Christine Boise; their spouses; twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous relatives around the country. An Air Force veteran of the Korean War and employed by IBM, he spent his retirement years as a master mechanic and constant friend to many in the D.C. area. Interment was held at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 12 Noon. A wonderful memorial service followed at 2 p.m. at St. Thomas United Methodist Church, 8899 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA. Bill requested any donations be made to the ALS Association in memory of his older brother, or to Alcoholics Anonymous or any Hospice organization of your choosing, in his memory. He gave love to every life he touched. He had a banner at home that said simply: “And now a word from our maker: LOVE ONE ANOTHER” Love was his creed. God-willing his love will live on in the hearts of all of us he touched…forever!
