My deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother/grandmother. I knew Jennie for many years through St Luke's, and she always had a smile and pleasant greeting for me. I'm sure you will miss her greatly, as will many people at St Luke's.--Janet Scharp

When our dying bodies have been transformed into bodies that will never die, this Scripture will be fulfilled. “Death is swallowed up in victory “ O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?
1Corinthians 15: 54-55
Our deepest condolences to the whole family. Keeping all of you in our prayers.

Many years ago, I flew to DC to attend a conference. It’s my only trip to the area. When Jennie heard of my visit through her son, Mark, a longtime friend of mine, she insisted on picking me up at the airport and preparing supper for me. Jennie arrived, with a neighbor riding co-pilot, and hosted a lovely meal at her home. After a great visit with both Jennie & Patrice, we loaded up her car once again to deliver me to my DC hotel. It was a memorable trip to our nation’s capital, made even more special by this gracious lady’s hospitality. Love and prayers to all Jennie’s family and friends.
